Careful not to overtighten screws
3 of 5 found this helpful When I changed out the finger groove to the flat plate the screws seem to keep turning. The big rail screw seems to be tight to the rail and when its back together it looks okay. I may use superglue since I doubt I'll ever open it back up again. But, I haven't been to the range yet. I just had to stop turning. I couldn't tell if they were really as tight as they should be or were stripping out. I'm not worried about it coming off the rail but it may kind of split instead of looking solid.
