Great recipe book.
Usually I don't expect to like every recipe in a book. I count it as a good buy if I have three or four good finds that I want to keep on cooking. I haven't had Simply by Sabrina Ghayour for long but the two recipes I've tried so far were really delicious. I asked my husband to have a look through to see if there was anything that he fancied cooking and he came up with a short list of 38 recipes! There are many more that will be tried too. A lovely mix of meat and vegetarian recipes full of healthy and tasty ingredients. Love it.

Great value, useful tracker
I didn't want to spend a lot on an expensive tracker. I just needed a push to increase my general fitness. This one does what I wanted. It monitors the number of steps I take. It monitors if they were aerobic or not. How many calories I have burned. Also has a milometer. Separate walks or runs can be individually monitored. All this info is stored in the memory for seven days. It also has a clock. It has a short strap that attaches to a clip that can be clipped to clothes. I clip mine to the neckline of my t shirt and tuck it inside, or to the edge of my pocket so there's no chance of loosing it as you run or walk.

High quality sewing machine case
High quality material, very well constructed and manufactured. Fits and protects my Bernina sewing machine perfectly. Plenty of room for the control cable and extension table and space remaining to fit in my machine accessories. Very glad I bought it. A serious bit of kit.
