Not too hard to fix a broken kinetic.

Take out a pin from the bracelet, unscrew the back, remove the screw from the rotor, take out the two screws holding in the capacitor, put in new capacitor, put everything back. Done. Tiny tiny flat head screws. I had to grind down my smallest screwdriver to make it work.
