This could not have happened in the post it had to be like this when sent. I wanted to keep them so asked seller for permission to try to repair if I wouldn't be accused of tampering and I would have accepted a partial refund if it didn't work but they just chose to ignore all my messages and were unhelpful and to be honest rude. The buyer then asked for a discount and permission to try to try to repair. This seemed an attempt to have the lights at a lower price. I declined as I am not prepared to allow a buyer to seek to reduce what they pay for what I have sent in good faith. Therefore, I asked them to return the lights, at my expense, as a matter of principle.

Good Product
Good value and excellent product.

Not the best for all applications
Very cheap but it isn't suitable for my use. Perhaps I have bought the wrong type of brush?
