Does not charge

This speaker does not come with an ac adapter. It only comes with a usb charger and it does not charge. I work in tech and tried everything to get it to charge but there is something wrong with the internal hardware that they aren’t able to repair. They sent me a replacement but it had the same issue. It was extremely frustrating! You’re better off buying a brand new speaker or different brand all together.
