Fantastic Book
My son absolutely loves this book. The art style is both colorful and unique. And, the book has taught him not only that it is perfectly normal to feel grumpy, but that it is also possible to stop feeling grumpy. He enjoys pointing out why Grumpy Bird is grumpy, what makes Grumpy Bird cease being grumpy, and what emotional state Grumpy Bird is in at the close of the book.
The language used in the book is very simple, and if you read the book without discussing either the art or the story, then you will be done with it very quickly.
