The CPU is Great
As a power user, I need a fast computer, this laptop's CPU is fast and its nice having a DVD drive. The harddrive was slow and I needed more RAM, so I got an SSD and 32 GB of RAM (the system could handle up to 64 GB). With those two upgrades which I did by following a video and used tools laying around the house, I now have a very fast PC for a quarter of the price that most places charge. The laptop boots in 15 seconds to log in screen and within another 5 I'm on the desktop. Battery isn't the greatest in 2021 (about the same hours as my last laptop from 2015 was). Ethernet port is annoying that it collapses, but that shouldn't be much of a problem for me. I definitely plan to use this for at least six years.

Glad to have purchased the last good version of Office! Although Microsoft no longer has their redemption servers up for office 2013, I was able to still activate it with other means. Arrived in good condition and quick. Fits in nicely with my Windows 8.1 computer.
