A good way to start a program
My wife and I purchased two Richard Simmons videos in order to jump start an exercise (movement) program. She had previously purchased the Pyro and found that to be way to intensive to even remotely find productive - it just turned us off pretty quick. The low impact that Richard does is more our speed until we can build up. We are happy with these purchases and they arrived in a timely manner. Thank you!
