The Nikon Df, an excellent bit of nostalgia
The Df works with dials familiar to anyone who used an old film-era camera, and without recourse to the menu, one can see how to set the most essential features: dial the shutter speed with one dial, the aperture with another, the ISO with a third. But modern technology will tell you how everything is set and is working. It took me three hikes before I was totally comfortable with everything.
The Df has the same sensor as the Nikon flagship D4. The image quality with the two lenses I've used it with, the Nikon 70-300 and the Tokina 70-200 has been excellent
