  Wrong description... Apparently shredder was paper blocked but cleary was broken once it arrived and turned it on. Sarcy response when tried to contact them. Telling me it's not their fault now.

  I am sorry you are unhappy with the recent purchase. Whilst the description may not have explained the exact fault, product was sold under the category broken/not working/parts only.
