Very informative
I have really enjoyed this book so far and have not been able to put it down. I am going to go ahead and purchase all the rest of the Dr Phil books as I enjoy his content.

Informative
I have enjoyed reading this book and it didn't take long to read as it's small but very informative and enjoyable. I will certainly go ahead and purchase the rest of the Dr Phil books as I found his content both interesting and helpful.
