Better than a normal pillow but not perfect
The pillow case is too tight so the triangular part can rub on other areas of your ear. In particular my lower ear often hurts. I have to sleep with the pillow case not pulled over the end so it’s got some slack.
Still find it better than sleeping with my normal pillow.
