Heavy head makes for sore arms and shoulders.

Very long reach and cuts well but the head is very heavy. I had a Flymo Sabre pole cutter for some years, it was much lighter. I would have thought the interveneing years would have produced something lighter not heavier. Battery duration is good and the battery is not heavy, pity about the head.
