Problem solved
The water dispenser was making an awful noise and water was just trickling out of it. I replaced the filter cartridge but that didn't make any difference. Next, I replaced the inlet valve but that didn't work either. This was my last resort and it took care of the problem. Should have started here!

Ok quality, limited usefulness
As a range bag, ok - it might hold all your gear but you have to dig through it to find anything. It seems to be well built and to be honest I just assumed that it would have all the little elastic slots for magazines, gun oil, ammo, etc. like the range bags I've seen in the gun stores have. However, it is half the price of those, so I suppose I was expecting too much.
