Good Quality General Purpose 3-Core Cable
Little to say apart from the fact it does what it is designed to do. Its a 0.75mm 3-core general purpose power cable with tough feeling, decent thickness insulation. With the 0.75mm wire cores it is meant to be rated for uses up to 6A/230V (approx 1380W max).
Like the heavier duty 1.5mm core 15A rated cable bought from the same supplier earlier this year for making custom length extension cables for use with heavy duty power tools this is being used for a similar purpose.
However with this lower spec, lighter weight cable it must be used only for lower powered devices. With a 5A fused plug/trailing socket it should be ideal for equipment not drawing over 1000W with plenty of safety margin included.

Functional If A Little Crude
Crude design elements and some bad connector cable choices, easily remedied but it nevertheless functions perfectly.
Must mention that if you're put off by the "XP/VISTA" only support don't be. This is a USB 2.0 compliant device and with a HDD fitted any drivers required for your particular Windows OS version should be automatically installed on first start up.
No problems so far with the later Windows OS I've tested it with.

Good Quality Braided SATA Cable
Lets face it this is just a standard decent quality SATA cable. It has locks on the plugs unlike some other SATA cables but there is really nothing else worthy of note in regard to its basic design and function.
What makes it review worthy is the braiding and the fact that is built into the manufacturing process, not done afterwards.
You can DIY braid any SATA cable but the cost of the braiding itself, the heat shrink, tools etc would double the cost of the cable and even when done well end up not looking as good. That makes it extra good value.
This cable is apparently only available in a small range of other colours so that might limit your colour customisation ideas. But if it fits in or you want to base your design around one colour then these pre-braided SATA cables would be an excellent choice.
This particular one is primary blue and would look good in many PCs either as part of such a colour theme or used just to add a bit of tasteful panache to your SATA cabling. Being a primary blue matching that to the DIY braiding supplier's colours you might want to use for your other cables should be easy too.
