LG enV Touch is an excellent phone
1 of 1 found this helpful Please disregard the complaints about the SOFTWARE/FIRMWARE issues. The latest update (VX11KV11) resolves all of these issues. I bought one LG enV Touch and liked it so much that I replace my second phone with another one. Previously I had the high end Blackberry Tour. The battery lasts all day with heavy use, the touch screen works very well when properly calibrated to your touch. The camera, screen resolution and Querty key pad are very good too. I love this phone! Too bad it was discontinued, at least by Verizon.
I highly recommend this phone to anyone who doesn't need all the features of the latest gadget (Smart?) phones.

Well Engineeed
Everything went together with no alterations. All pieces fit perfectly. The one thing not included are protectors for the bottom of the legs. I highly recommend buying covers/caps for the leg bottoms to protect your floor. Lacking these protectors reduced my rating to 4 Star.
