Lodge LPP3 Cast Iron Square Ribbed Panini Press, 8.25-inch F19

A real heavyweight!
I've not yet used this press to make a panino, but it is quite heavy and performed admirably to flatten a chuck roast i seared the other day. As advertised, this had a few spots where the seasoning had been chipped off. For an item such as this, that's no big issue...just wipe it down after use and put it away for next time...it'll be just fine. If you're not using a heavy press when searing meat, you're missing the boat.
Bialetti Moka Express Replacement Filter/Gasket Set, 6 Cup (Pack of 2)

These do the job...while they last...which isn't that long...
Since I measured the outer diameter of my crusty old gasket, it was simple ordering the right size. It seems, you'll go through a decent amount of these, so order in bulk when you see good deals! I'm fairly new to this method and have gone through the learning curve. For instance, I just learned why the water level being below the pressure valve is so important. Too high and you foul the grinds, blocking it all up. Really though, after a while, it becomes second nature and the resulting properly brewed coffee is quite good. It's also economical, compared to drip brewing...I use about half as much with the Moka Pot. It's tempting, however, to try out some lower-priced substitutes. These ought to last longer or cost less.
RL Flo-Master 2-Gallon Sprayer, Bug Killer Adjustable Nozzle Tool, NEW

Sloppy trigger makes for sloppy application...
For the price, one shouldn't expect the greatest quality...and it's not. The trigger doesn't completely stop the flow so, if you're using Round-Up, for instance, drips are bound to cause collateral damage. This is a disposable unit that, with just modest upgrades, would be a keeper. Spend the extra $10-15 and save the aggravation...
