Good value but alignment not perfect

Quality seems ok but the flex part is slightly deformed upon fitting due to the alignment being slightly different to the original. Concern is the additional stress may lead to a reduced life but only time will tell.

Seemed good value but . . .

Seemed good value for a fan with a humidistat but . . . The fan delivered to me didn’t have the same extraction rate as other fans (about a fifth of a 90 m³ extractor fan). It has a smaller casing (similar to other economy fans) so may not cover the undecorated area around the vent if being used as a replacement. Little thought given to making electrical connections – space is tight (I needed to enlarge the holes to accommodate 1.5mm cable cores) and tight radii required at the connection block and difficult to connect solid cores– would have been easier if wiring was 1.0mm 4 core flex. Timer worked fine but didn’t get to check the humidistat. I don’t know whether mine had a weak motor but it was returned as the extraction rate was too low to ventilate the bathroom.

Cheap and cheerful - why pay more

Seem identical to the adapter rings originally fitted in the lamp shades when purchased but removed when fitted to the larger low energy lamps fittings. These new rings were needed when replacement bayonet pendants were installed and allow the same lamp shades to be re-used. No problems, easily fit onto lamp shades - and saved buying new shades.
