Arrived smashed

Arrived smashed and wasn't packaged properly. No plastic wrapping covering the glassware or bubble wrap. Only recycled brown paper sparsely covering the underside of the glassware. The area surrounding the tap was totally exposed and upon opening the package, that was where the majority of the damage was noted. I didn't risk opening up the remainder of the package as the shards of glass looked extremely hazardous and the likelihood of me getting cut was very high.
