Good tips and great for would-be dieters
I bought this hoping it might give me some useful pointers to resolve issues with weight and my digestive tract (a la Laura Prepon), not to embark on a regimented eating plan, so I was not buying this with the intention of using all of the content (hence my rating that the content is not compelling - nothing wrong with it, just surplus to my specific requirements). The book contains some interesting ideas about why people's metabolisms get "stuck" and I intend to start doing the stretch exercises in the hope of unblocking my own system and feeling more energised. I probably would not have bought a new copy of this book, for the reasons given above, but the second-hand price was reasonable.

ALl round good value
Good product - the card is of good quality, well produced and a nice size to make it a bit more special. Perhaps a little old fashioned, but the words sound genuine and are not too fussy, so this was a good choice.
