It keeps you on the regular side
I cannot say that it helps lose weight, but what I can say is that it keeps you on the regular side if you take it twice a day like it calls for. This is the reason I buy it. I had my gallbladder removed in 2018 and since then, I have suffer severely from IBS-C. I bloat to the point where I look 7 months pregnant and then I have to use enemas, but with this product, I don't have to. My doctor can treat me, yes, but I am on enough prescription meds, this is all natural and works well for me!
