  The item was very honestly described with very good and accurate photographs which gave a good likeness to the appearance of the item. The item reached me in excellent condition having been packed in a box, that had been specially made by the seller, in bubble wrap, the item was dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. This item was fair value for money given the price of a brand new one, it is a quality item. I would certainly buy from the seller again and recommend them to potential buyers.

  Postage and packaging was swift and efficient . The coach was as described if not better. I did umm and rrr about buying such an expensive coach, but it certainly represents great value for money. I would wholeheartedly recommend this seller and their items, the transaction was stress and worry free with great communication which is exactly what you need. I'm very impressed with lab 12 and it's a welcomed addition to my rtc rolling stock.

The loco was as described and what a quiet lovely runner and most responsive at all speeds in both directions! Great value for my pension money and hugely delighted!   Excellent all round. This was 1 of 3, well packaged, arrived in great condition and look fantastic in this livery. Being Hornby, I knew they would be good quality and at he price were superb value. I must mention that the seller refunded excess postage without me even asking, which I've found that not all sellers on eBay are willing to do, even when requested. Super happy. Recommended.
