  Purchased two pillows for $100, seller only delivered one. Asked to be refunded for the one not delivered, only offered to refund $10. Declined their refund, haven’t heard from them since.   I did not receive the item due to UPS delivering to a wrong address that showed on tracking as a "Locker"-what is that?! Seller was quick to refund. I am sorry I did not get to try the product after much research looking for the right ingredients. Poor delivery is no reflection of the seller who was kind to act quickly.
