Great photos, wide range of inviting recipes, a must-have for all home cooks
Love this book. I bought it for my son and d-i-l. They said they wanted to try some more vegetarian cooking. I have had a copy of this book for years and regularly use it. It has a great range of meals from pulses, pasta, pastries, vegetables and sweets. It has a colour index of all the recipes, it gives useful information on whether a meal can be pre-prepared or frozen. It is good for new cooks and has more complex recipes for those wanting to try out new skills. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Great photos, well presented
I haven't tried the recipes yet but the photos make the food look appetising and inviting. It's clearly written by someone who has a lot of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for the food he is cooking. Will try it out soon! It does seem quite pricey but producing work of this quality is expensive.
