It was easy. No will power required
I bought this book on a whim. Didn’t think it would work. Read it cover to cover and stopped smoking. Read the book twice again in the first fortnight to make sure the content sunk in. That was eight years ago and I have never smoked or even craved nicotine since

It’s good
I’m only now using this once a fortnight. You’ll need to buy better gloves. It gets rid of yellow tinges. In the long run works out much better value than purple shampoo. Big tub.
