Initial order only two sets arrived and one of the feet was broken although extremely well packaged, contacted seller to let him know but couldn’t work out how to send a photo through the messaging, the seller apologised, took my word for the broken one and despatched a further 6 sets, customer service like this is so unusual these days, I would highly highly recommend this seller, really cares about customers. I ordered this item x3 , which was 12 pillows. Received the 1st 4 pillows, had to email seller for the remaining eight. I received another four after complaining to the seller, but the seller refused to send me the remaining four and refused to issue me a refund very draining process and frustrating as I had already paid for the items and I don’t know why the seller thought it was okay to keep my money, without dispatching items. Had to go to Ebay to get my refund, which they rightfully issued.
