  Revised Feedback Overall, it was an OK transaction as a clip accessory was missing and not reported in the sale. The first response of the seller, word to word, was, It wasn t in the picture I took, which was everything in the box. The yellow strap should be there . That reply didn t encourage trustworthiness, thus prompting me to leave neutral feedback. In the end she refunded £5, which is fair.

  Buyer didn't wait until I had checked to see if I had the clip as it wasn't repacked in the box so wasn't in the picture. As I couldn't find it I have refunded £5 as a goodwill gesture. However they have immediately given this feedback which was unfair.
