Excellent Machine work, quality, features, and looks
This Unit at $240 I thought was kind of expensive initially but the cheapest extra capacity unit I could find. Wanted to keep my Differential cooler when towing heavy more often now. When It arrived I found it to truly be a machine work of art with amazing features. No more RTV of paper gaskets to mess with, everything is O-ringed including the mating surface. It has a fill plug with integrated magnetic dipstick to pick up metal that you can clean off, a level plug that you can screw a temp sensor (sensor not included) into and a drain plug. The ford/sterling 10.25 differentia now holds about 5.5-6qts of fluid. Remember to buy additional friction modifier if you have limited slip clutches, cause you now have a lot more fluid to hold. I've run it about two weeks with no leaks and it's great. No need to remove any other components ('97 F-350 SRW) for install. I even have a 5 inch exhaust and a 33" spare tire and it cleared easily. Comes with mounting bolts and washers and a few extra. Includes Allen wrenches for every bolt and plug (3 different sizes). I chose to locktite my mounting bolts after cleaning (medium strength), but isn't necessary. Follow directions and this thing is awesome and so easy to check the level with the dipstick/fill plug.

Good Parts 2 out of 3 were factory Parts
Spark Plug was NGK brand (factory brand plug), Air filter was Stihl Genuine part, Fuel filter was not a Stihl part like the one removed but fit correctly and of good quality. All parts fit great and string trimmer runs like new. I have a Stihl FS110
