looks good but will not pass emmision on car ECU

Hello, thanks for your reply, please do not worry, we will solve for you.
We contacted supplier about this problem. Because your local emission standards are relatively high, the P0420 fault code appears, but it does not mean that the product is defective.
We recommended that you use higher-grade fuel or drive a while to see if the fault code will goes out;
This does not affect your use, we offer 15 USD as compensation so that you could keep it ,is it ok ?

would recomend
only broke down and mounted a few tires at this time but it seems to be a well built and easy to use changer.
