  Beautiful piece, item was packaged well and shipped out immediately. Only recommendation would have been to clean the item as it had debris from previous use/owner and it would have been nice to receive it all clean and ready to be hung. Appreciate the seller accepting a slightly lower offer than original listing amount. Shipping was higher than I’m used to paying for larger items, but was happy it was shipped out quickly, and again great packaging. Would recommend purchasing from this shop.

  glad you love it! item was clean, but may have had paper residual from previous attempt of using shredded paper. I thought i got it all, so apologize that it was still visible. Shipping/handling was approximate as shipping through ebay ended up being $38 and change. A box so large/heavy traveling from NY to CA, will be upwards of 25 or more. I did work to customize a box, so that shipping wouldnt be any higher than $40. hopefully the accepted lower offer made up for high ship amount

  seller has been difficult to work with. She posted a listing with TWO bowls and shipped me one but blames me for missing the wording in post. I thought I was getting two bowls, got one. I over paid for one bowl under impression I’m getting 2. Seller is refusing to accept return so I’m going through eBay directly to get help as I’m protected under eBay money back guarantee. I’m more than willing to ship item back to seller for full refund, she’s refusing because she certainly knows shes wrong

  not being difficult, just stating facts. buyer made offer on both bowls separately and claims she "doesnt recall doing so" she was aware there were two listings. description was very clear by pyrex number. looking for a loophole since i photoed two, for display. i have over 700 reviews, only one negative. 35 for one pyrex bowl in this pattern is not overpaying. 35 for TWO pyrex bowls would have been extremely under value. i take pride in what i do and will not give into bullies.
