Effective
Well made, and really strong when fitted. A little bit fiddly to fit, and the long length screws mean that you have a lot of work to do to fit each bracket.

Good quality cotton, well finished
OK so I like wearing nightgowns despite being quite slender and small, so the first thing is that the small size fitted me perfectly (170cm height).
The standard of finish is high and the cotton itself is good quality, when cheaper nightgowns have been very flimsy, with poor, loose stitching.

I've tested the splitter with both old well seasoned logs bought from a supplier, and green ash logs from our own felled tree. The splitter worked very well with the commercial logs, but our ash isn't seasoned enough yet to allow the simple leverage mechanism to operate.
