Tofu Cookery by Louise Hagler
This book is well illustrated with excellent photographs of selected recipes of which there are many for all kinds of tofu dishes from starters to desserts. Well worth the investment for anyone interested in tofu cooking. Just what I needed to get started. HB.

Vegetarian Times Complete Cookbook
2 of 2 found this helpful I have been looking for a vegetarian cookbook for some time and I think this is just right. Many recipes have been compiled and published by the editor for our enjoyment. It will take sometime to try them all but the ones that I've tried so far are very good. One thing I've noticed is a lack of recipes for soya based meat substitutes such as vegemince or chunks etc. and wondered why. But they do have tofu recipes in abundance. HB.

TheThe title "The Fiery Cross" is an invitation to find out by reading what is a very lengthy book. Not for the short stay fanatic.
This series by Diana Gabaldon is outstanding. Beautifully researched into the Scottish culture, history, and language. It is an improbable story that is fascinating because of the main characters and her story telling genius. Ms. Gabaldon has a fantastic imagination and great writing and story telling skills. I recommend this series
