Satisfied cutomer
1 of 1 found this helpful We read the reviews about this product on several websites. It wasn't too heavy as some suggested. We have found it boils quickly but you must remember to click the lid down fully after filling the kettle (as you have to remove it to fill up) and although it does not retain water temperature for very long, it does make boiling the kettle next time quicker. We got a discounted rate to buy the kettle as it had been repaired and I wonder if I would have wanted to pay the full price of a new one??

Good strong motor. We're asked to review early after delivery so can't comment on its reliability
The motor is quite strong making the machine feel more robust than a cosmetic one might
