sock and stocking helper
2 of 2 found this helpful I have recently had a hip replacement and not able to put on my own socks. This product is good for my good leg but not possible to put socks onto my operated leg. I am not able to bend and this device needs you to be able to stretch to reach it and have the strength to pull the device nearer to your chest for the foot to glide into the sock.
It would have been handy to have a video to demonstrate in case I was doing it wrong, but I can find no other way of doing it. 4 weeks later, i am getter fitter, but I still not able to put my sock onto my operated leg. Maybe if it was longer, it would work. I am sorry to be negative, but it is very frustrating.
The quality of the device is good and strong, but sadly I am not able to use it.
