Incorrect electrical connection
The fan I received was the correct fan apart from the connector plug on the fan was not compatible with the Keston boiler wiring loom. I had to buy a adaptor wire which was also wrong. I ended up cutting the wiring loom on the boiler to use electrical spade connectors. The fan was cheap in comparison to a brand new one but now I can see why it was cheap. Next time I will buy the correct fan as this one was second hand and only had a fan impeller replacement. The rest of the fan had not been refurbished with the original circuit board.
