Good performance, and Good Value.
Lighter in bass response than my 1960's EL 34 Mallards, well matched, and Balanced, no doubt, (purchased in matched quad) They do what you want them to do, clean clear, no noticed microphonics, a INEXPENSIVE solution, if you don't want to spend double. My amp is more critical than it was before, and yet it did not magnify tube faults, I am still running tube rectifier, I don't care for S/S rectifier.

sennheiser mx 70's
Nice headphones for sports and the active life. These fit in the ear and seem to fit well, at least my ears. Not quiet the bass that other Sennheisers have
(say the Cx 400's)due to the in ear (earbuds style) headphones. Water and sweat-proof per manufactures claims. These have a rather nice fit and finish with rubber feeling covering for wires. These headphones have a magnetic back that allow them to stick to each other and can be attached to exercise equipment when working out and momentarly not using them, although I really do not see the reason for this.
Sound is clear with good sound stage nice mids and highs with bass a bit dropped off. If you are a bass lover go with the sport headphones that fit into the ear canal, you will get stronger bass, but I have found that too much bass a bit tiring when working out, these cut out side sounds fair-not the isolation that other Sennheisers give, useful when you need to be aware of your environment.
