Vortex Viper PST-3155 Illuminated 44 mm Rifle Scope - Black

Great piece of glass

This Vortex Viper PST II scope has been reviewed as the best pieces of glass in its price point and I can certainly see why now that I finally own one. Peon a couple of the less-expensive Vortex scopes and they have always served me well. Viper PST II is definitely several steps above in clarity and light gathering capacity. Then there is the illuminated reticle , wow that picture is just fantastic and really helps when your trying to shooting in dense cover early or late in the day. Really make the reticle pop! I would highly recommend this scope to anybody.

M1 Carbine Billet Scope Mount, MADE IN USA!!!

Great machining compromised by poor design renders this mount unuseable

I mounted a brand new Leupold 1-4 power AR scope using this mount on my 30 cal Carbine. Unfortunately this scope mount just plain does not work! It mounts the scope way to high to achieve anything remotely resembling a cheek weld and so far back that you practically have to have your chin on your shoulder to see through the scope. I will say that it is nicely machined and fits as it is supposed to it just is unusable.
