Doesn't retain enough charge to run

Charged this radio fully with the plug and lead supplied and turned it on the following day.... it lasted approx 30 mins before running out of energy. Wound it by hand for a while but radio barely ran. Recharged it that evening and tried again playing the radio. It struggled to maintain volume and signal (by staying on the same radio channel without interference) and again, lasted approximately half an hour before giving up. The torch would still work though, so this unit is perhaps better as a torch rather than a radio, which is what I bought it for. The same on day 3. Absolutely of no use at all. I binned it.

The third book in the series, and just as compelling as the first. We see Louisa Clark's life take some twists and turns as she finds her way from following the demands of others to determining her own path. Reading the book makes me consider my own integrity and that I should be braver in life and career.
