Mixed feelings, but I'll give a positive experience overall. First off, it was sold as new, but the box is torn as though someone had gotten into it. It was very carefully packaged for safe shipping and I appreciate that, but it took 21 days to receive it from the day I won it. The positive thing is that it was a great price and very fair shipping cost, but because of slow service and the told box (it was supposed to be new), I'm a tad disappointed.

Hoover Elite Vacuum

I think this is an excellent vacuum. Very Light, great suction,great carpet beater,nice light in front,easy to unwrap cord release,seems quite to me, seems to hold a large amount of dirt, reaches under furniture very well. Dislike cost of replacement bags(cost $5.00 each. The canister carry-around vacuum is very powerful but also has an expensive bag that must be purchased. All in all I still love it and I think for the $186 dollars I spent on EBAY for it(It sells for $350 at Walmart)I am very happy!
