Good Kit with all you need to get started.
This kit worked great for me. I have used it to re-key over 50 door knobs and dead bolts and I still have plenty of pins left. It can work for the Defiant type of knob as well with a little modification. I drilled out the plug follower making it a little deeper for a few older cylinders that needed a hollow follower. It's not hard to figure out how to re-key and if you make a mistake there are enough parts in this kit to probably take care of it.
It's a good value.
