  Devices worked fine. Description of "new" was a small stretch. More like "like new",small scratches were packaged in Saran wrap and tissue paper. Plastic tab between device and battery was not present which would have been on a completely new device. Took 7 days to arrive.

  Product was advertised as new. This is not true. The product has been registered into another account which will make the item used. Seller did what they can to help, but was unsuccessful. Since this is a non refundable item, I have accepted the loss. However, I will not recommend it to anyone.
