Ok but not perfect
Item described as new, item had been removed from original box, fixing kit, skirting grill and instructions had been removed. As original packaging had been removed then appliance was slightly bruised in places although don’t think will affect performance. Although the item had been slightly cheaper than with other suppliers, once we had to order replacement missing fixing kit and grill directly from Neff, paid the same price as other suppliers.
