Honest, engaging and thought provoking.
My son loves Victoria Williamson as a writer. He has ADHD and read her first book 3 times as it helped him so much. He is equally impressed with this book which provides real insight into the challenges an asylum seeker faces as a child and I think he sees many of Caylin's traits in himself. He never reads books with girl characters but he can't wait to get to bed to read this. I hope Victoria has more books in the pipeline as we are definitely fans.
