  Purchased this item as a present for my daughter but didn't arrive by the estimated delivery. The seller claimed being away and twice promised to send it by next day delivery but never did. Total waste of time !

  Was unable to send the device in the stipulated time. Was delayed by 2 days I was away as there was a bereavement which I told the buyer but they didn't want to have any of it therefore the negative feedback. I have never delayed until and unless it was a matter of life and death. Unreasonable buyer.
