  For heavy items, packaged poorly. One arrived broken. I asked for a replacement or refund, seller refunded 20% of total. Said he was putting in a postal insurance claim, then randomly refunded 20% and said that was good enough. I will never purchase from this person again.

  I provided a partial credit of 22% as only one of the items was damaged by USPS during shipping due to a mishandling. Buyer had the option to make a counter on the amount I credited if they didn’t feel like it was satisfactory. After they were credited they didn’t continue correspondence so It was assumed buyer was satisfied with said amount. Buyer was offered additional credit but wouldn’t cooperate with or accept further attempts to resolve this issue.
