  This guy is irresponsible and dishonest. Replied to our reminding message and confirmed he knew what to be received before shipping. Ignored our offer to partial refund or return with full refund. Item was $12.98, not $14. Please also look at your package, the shipping cost (keeps high rocketing) was $3.88, leaving us barely any profit. unfortunately, we have no choice but discontinue all smaller packs but 12-pack or above to balance the shipping cost, because of this bad bug.
