Disappointed
The previous Harmony remotes I've purchased showed w/ease the channels I had designated as favorites. With this device, it's neither easy to populate the favorites (I had to pay my I.T. guys to do so, which took a considerable amount of time), and I can only see two channels at a time.

Item does not work
The unit isn't working. The wheel spins out of control; I'm unable to play the CD of my choice.
