Received a different item from the one advertised, contacted the seller, they promised me a partial refund for the mistake they made but at least 2 weeks have past and I still reiceved nothing. I contacted them again, they said they will fullfill their promise, a week later still norhing. Worst customer service I ever had. Stay away.

Schnelle Lieferung in zwei Tagen, das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei, wie beschrieben! Der Verkäufer hat direkt nach der Bestellung nachgefragt bzgl. der NTG-Version. Das alte Comand funktioniert tatsächlich wie zuvor, inclusive 360° Kamera. Alles bestens!

Das bestellte Gerät hat leider einen Treffer an der Platine gehabt, wodurch die Musik nicht an die Lautsprecher ankam. Der Elektriker hat sich daraufhin gekümmert. Als Schadensersatz hab ich sogar einen Teil von Verkäufer selbst zurück erstattet bekommen und das ganze kam direkt von dem Verkäufer aus. Jetzt ist alles bestens! Ich finde es wirklich beeindruckend wie sich der Verkäufer um mein Anliegen gekümmert hatte Würde jederzeit wieder hier was bestellen und kaufen 10 Sterne Wert diese Seite
