Bargain
This purchase was a "Hail Mary" to replace an extreamly more expensive Schol model and was really to confirm if we had been unlucky with the Schol. I'm glad I did. The Schol had not lasted long and was poorly manufactured. The major differences on this pedi are, it is made from stronger materials, has a far more powerful motor and is constructed to a high standard. I really did have reservations about buying this item after the disappointment of the Schol, they disappeared after the first use. This is a true bargain at the price.

1 of 1 found this helpful As a lot of people have said, the batteries that come with these items are "pants", so ensure you purchase some extra.
The lights are manufactured to the usual Chinese standard of "1000 an hour gets you $0.30 in pay". How do they work? Surprisingly well is the answer, the light given is a yellow light that is soft, hence not the brightest, in a comparison with a wax tee candle, the wax version gives off a far brighter light.
The remote is handy as it saves having to switch them on individually.
Basically, let the word get back to the manufacturer and let him up his game, to build them better, get a choice between yellow light or white light and they will be a far better product.
At the moment they are Okay and that's it.
