Defective Sound on

I just received the earphones today but the sound is defective. The physical condition is good and it looks okay but the sound is defective which makes the earphones unusable. Could you please contact me back so we can discuss a solution?

Decent quality video and audio but doesn't have a menu.

The movie is of decent video quality but the Blu-Ray disc doesn't seem to have a menu. The readable part of the disc does appear to be silver meaning it must be genuine.

The cutter isn't sharp at all.

This doesn't cut pizza no matter how hard I tried. The blade needs to be sharpened.
